Phase2 Consultancy Dubai is a luxury PR, consultancy and concierge firm founded by Caroline Brooks, operating across Los Angeles, Dubai, and London. The goal of this project was to create a refined digital presence that reflects the brand’s premium positioning and international reach, while clearly communicating their services and credibility.
